“Win 3 Months Without Electricity Bills” Giveaway

1. Organizer
Solarstone Sverige AB, located a Kungsbro Strand 29, 11226 Stockholm, Sweden, is the organizer of
this giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 years or older residing in Sweden. Only one entry per person is
allowed. Employees of Solarstone Sverige AB, affiliated partners, and their immediate family
members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is limited to residential electricity users.
Commercial or industrial usage is not eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must sign up for Solarstone newsletter via the official campaign webpage:
www.solarstone.com. All newsletter signups completed between April 14, 2025 and June 14, 2025,
at 23:59 CET are considered valid entries. Entry is free and requires only a valid email address. By
signing up, participants agree to receive marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any
time.
4. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected through a random electronic draw from all eligible entries. The draw will
take place on June 15, 2025, and will be conducted using an automated tool to ensure fairness and
impartiality. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at signup within 5 working
days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, a new winner may be
selected under the same conditions.
5. Prize Details
The prize is reimbursement of electricity bills for June, July, and August 2025, up to a maximum
total value of 6,000 SEK. The winner must submit copies of valid electricity bills for the specified
months. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt and approval of
the bills. If electricity costs exceed 6,000 SEK, only the maximum amount will be reimbursed. The
prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
6. Limitations
Excessive or non-standard electricity usage (e.g. crypto mining, subletting, business operations) is
not eligible. The organizer reserves the right to verify usage patterns and disqualify entries deemed
in violation of these terms.
7. Force Majeure
Solarstone Sverige AB shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any obligation under
these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to
natural disasters, government action, strikes, war, internet outages, or unforeseen technical
failures.
8. Privacy
Participant data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Email addresses will only be used
for newsletter communication and this campaign, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of Sweden.
10. General Conditions
Solarstone Sverige AB reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in case of
unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms &
Conditions in full.
